Can i request a refund?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase on any products that are damaged or faulty. You can return your product for an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original condition and product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please note we may request additional information in the case of damaged goods.
  • Print the return shipping address that you will receive by email.
  • Send all items back to us.

Additional Information:

  • Returns and refunds can take up to 21 days to process so please allow for this time. Feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any questions in the meantime.
  • We do not cover the costs of returns postage

How long does shipping take?

We work with international suppliers to ensure our customers have best products at the lowest possible prices. However this does mean there is a slightly longer wait to receive your amazing hijab products! Our delivery times can range from 2-3 weeks from when an order is placed to having it delivered. We are always working to improve this and ensure your order arrives with you as quickly as possible.
